Jason Wilkie
is currently the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department
for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas. He served for three years
as the Director of Arkansas State University's NCAA Compliance
and Academic Advising Office after completing a Masters Degree in
Athletic Administration from Ohio University. Jason has a
Journalism degree from Central Michigan University where he played
Division I football from 1988-1992. |
| Dr. Bill Wilkie, Jason's
Father, is a former college president, business executive in the automotive
supplier industry and owner of an executive recruiting firm. In 1985
when Jason was a freshman in high school and wanted to know what it
took to play college football, they researched the question together
and later that year wrote their initial monograph for younger high
school students. They have conducted workshop in Michigan and Ohio
over the years. They have also been showcased in USA Today as experts
on several occassions. |
